About the Park

West Midlands Safari Park is an award-winning visitor attraction, located in the heart of England. It is home to a variety of all-weather attractions, including four miles of drive-through safari, an amazing dinosaur exhibit and over 20 rides in the Theme Park.

Almost 100 different species call the Park home, including cheetah, lions, elephants, giraffes and rhinos, to name but a few.

The four fantastic, one-storey lodges are authentically themed and can sleep up to six guests. Panoramic views of the lions’ new habitat can be witnessed through the large windows in bedrooms and living areas, meaning you can eat, sleep and relax just a whisker away from these magnificent cats. In one bedroom, you will find a king-sized bed. In the other, there are twin single beds with a king-sized bunk bed above, perfect for young adults or children.

The six luxurious, authentically themed lodges have thatched roofs and can accommodate up to five or six people. Each two-storey lodge has a large, open-plan living area with lounge and dining spaces as well as a downstairs bedroom with king-sized bed. Stairs lead to an upstairs bedroom that can sleep up to three or four people, depending on the Lodge, providing fantastic views as the sun sets. There is also the opportunity to add a cot for small children. A spacious balcony with outside seating area allows you to relax, overlooking our African elephants as they roams their habitat.

The four single-storey lodges can sleep up to six guests and offer incredible views of our white lionesses. Witness these incredible carnivores through the huge windows in the bedrooms and living areas. There is also an outside decking area to relax and enjoy up-close views of these stunning big cats. These Luxurious lodges offer an amazing overnight stay amongst our incredible Sumatran tigers. Two types of lodges will be available: single-storey and double-storey. Single-storey lodges are detached and sleep up to five people. They feature an open-plan living and dining area and two bedrooms, all with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Sumatran tiger habitat. Outside, you’ll find a covered garden area with a large glass viewing window, offering the chance to get up close to this endangered species. Double-storey lodges sleep up to five people. Downstairs, you’ll find a master bedroom, while the living area includes an authentically themed day bed, providing a comfortable space to relax and enjoy the views. Upstairs, there is a second bedroom with three single beds, along with an additional bathroom.

The four two-storey lodges sleep up to six guests and offer the UK’s only overnight experience alongside white rhinos. On the ground floor, a spacious open-plan layout combines a lounge, dining area, and kitchenette. A separate master bedroom with a king-sized bed sits alongside a shower room. Doors lead out to covered outdoor viewing and seating areas, offering relaxed, ground-level views of the rhinos. Upstairs, a staircase leads to a second bedroom featuring a double bed and bunk beds, making it ideal for families. This floor also includes a separate bathroom and a window seat area, perfectly positioned for elevated views across the safari and its wildlife.

The two cottages, nestled into the walk-through Discovery Trail within the Park, have been expertly refurbished into luxury accommodation with Nepalese design influences. Each two-storey cottage has an open-plan living area downstairs with lounge and dining spaces. A spiral staircase leads to two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two singles. The double room features a gorgeous free-standing roll-top bath for you to relax in pure luxury!
